What is the Team Leader Program?
Welcome to our 30-60-90 Team Leader program, a high-intensity group coaching program that focuses on providing KW Team Leaders with the key strategies and growth mentorship fundamentals they’ll need to become an effective leader for their team.
During our 3-month program, participants will jump right in and get hands-on-experience from our expert KW MAPS Coaches, Matt Teter and Brian Martin, using the successful 456 method: four responsibilities, five daily tasks, and six recruiting sources.

Who is this Program For?
Unlike our other KW MAPS programs, there are zero requirements to join Team Leader. Everyone from Team Leaders, Assistant Team Leaders, General Managers, Agent Service Coordinators, Director of Operations, Mega Agents and MAPS Coaches have taken 30-60-90 programs and improved their business using the sought-after fundamentals from each course.
What to Expect
Each day, each week, and each month of your Team Leader program will be different because it’s catered to each individual group, with various course materials, daily tasks, and homework assignments that are developed to help you grow your business or lead an organization long-term.
During the week, agents will take part in curated training, including dialogue guidance, role playing, and more! Each Friday, participants will be assigned two role-appropriate books to be reviewed in order to get a better understanding of valuable source material from experts in the industry.
Why the Team Leader Program?
At its core, Team Leader will keep you motivated with high-intensity accountability and weekly support from both coaches and fellow agents. You’ll learn how to accomplish current goals in the present, while also setting bigger, better goals for the future. By the end of the 90 days, you should know what you want and how to achieve it, using the exclusive fundamental models only available in Team Leader.
