Level Up Your MC Operations is an 8-week online training focused on the three core functions: Operations, Financial Management, and Agent Experience. The program introduces systems, tools, models, and perspectives aligned within the Keller Williams framework.
Each session follows a structured flow of mindset, skillset, and action, delivered through one live 60-minute call per week. Participants will receive established systems and templates, with some assignments involving the customization of these tools to meet the specific needs of their Market Center. The program also provides a space for interaction with a community of individuals in similar roles, offering opportunities to engage with peers facing comparable challenges and responsibilities.
The program is facilitated by MAPS Coaches Herb Catania and Jennie Schlipp, who bring extensive coaching and field experience supporting operational leaders.

What to expect?
Over the 8-week program, clients will attend weekly 60-minute online sessions, each following a consistent flow of mindset, skillset, and action. Sessions introduce proven systems and tools related to the three core functions: Operations, Financial Management, and Agent Experience.
Some sessions will include homework, with tasks that involve customizing systems or templates to align with the structure of each client’s Market Center. Clients will also participate in a community setting with others in similar roles, providing space for shared learning, collaboration, and discussion around common challenges.
The program offers a structured environment focused on the application of MCA systems and tools within a peer-based learning group.
