The MAPS Commercial program is specially designed for agents with Commercial business looking to grow and scale or stabilize their business. While this program is packed full of information for developing your skillset within the Commercial real estate industry, it is not recommended for residential agents who are considering Commercial.

Agents who want to explore a Commercial real estate avenue are encouraged to apply for a KW Commercial membership and utilize Nucleus, our Commercial training program.

In the 90-day training course, Commercial Agents will learn a variety of skills, tools, and technology applications that will take their business from a moderate GCI to a million-dollar status. Each month will focus on a lead funnel, including generation, conversion, and stabilization.

In the first 30 days, agents will focus primarily on lead generation, including:

• Habits
• Database
• Mindset
• Scripting
• And more!

After that, the goal switches from generation to lead conversion, with a primary focus on business and rep agreements. Finally, in the last 30 days, our expert KW MAPS Coaches will walk you through the process of stabilizing the foundation under your business to maintain a proper level of momentum.

Each Commercial Agent will get access to 5x 30-minute group calls per week.

The Commercial program is ideal for a Commercial Agent ready to convert an existing database at the highest level and quickly move through the limiting beliefs and systems gaps that are currently in the way.
