Coaching Skills Camp is unique to Keller Williams and MAPS Coaching, blending proven coaching paradigms with the principles of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The ONE Thing, and KW models and systems.
This experiential course is packed with practical exercises to help you learn the fundamental tools and techniques of coaching, why they work, and how to integrate them into your role, your business, and your life. In CSC, you’ll get to the heart of effective communication, goal-setting, and accountability. You can expect to use your new tools to help others overcome roadblocks, gain clarity, and achieve new levels of performance.

Coaching Skills Camp Is for Everyone
Coaching Skills Camp is designed for KW agents, prospective agents, leaders, coaches, and associates at every level of experience. As a foundational business coaching course, CSC is also open to attendees who aren’t affiliated with Keller Williams.
Because you and your business are always evolving, you’re encouraged to take Coaching Skills Camp multiple times. Repeating the course empowers you to deepen your learning through the perspective you gain from your own coaching experiences between course sessions. While the CSC course structure remains the same, differences in group dynamics can also offer a different experience and points of focus.
How It Works
Coaching Skills Camp is a two-day, in-person course offered at KWRI in Austin, Texas. While a typical coaching certification requires 80-120 hours of study, CSC delivers powerful content in a concise format designed for immediate impact.
The accompanying student workbook includes a comprehensive appendix of 39 coaching techniques and models you can use to build your skills and help yourself and others meet their goals.

Enhance Your Skills with Advanced Coaching Skills Camp
In Advanced Coaching Skills Camp, you’ll learn advanced coaching tools and techniques, and take a deeper dive into the issues that affect mindset and limiting beliefs. Similar in format to Coaching Skills Camp, ACSC is a two-day in-person course, with an enhanced focus on role play and real play scenarios.
