What to expect?

In Build Your Machine program, participants can expect 10 high-impact weekly sessions, each lasting 60 to 90 minutes and focused on a core pillar of team building. These sessions go beyond theory, combining live coaching, real-world case studies, Q&A discussions, and hands-on implementation workshops. Every week includes actionable assignments designed to be applied immediately—such as writing job descriptions, mapping out organizational charts, or setting KPIs—ensuring that the learning directly contributes to business growth.

To support accountability and collaboration, participants will be paired with an accountability partner or placed in a small peer group. These partnerships encourage weekly check-ins, creating a support system that helps everyone stay on track, overcome challenges, and celebrate wins. The program follows a progressive learning structure, starting with mindset and leadership before moving into hiring, systems, and eventually scaling. Each module builds logically on the one before, creating a clear path from being an individual agent to becoming a strategic CEO.

By the end of the program, participants will walk away with a clear and personalized 12-month strategic roadmap tailored to their business goals.
