Advanced Coaching Skills Camp: Elevate Your Coaching to Mastery

Take the next step in your development with ACSC 2.0, the advanced program designed to move you beyond foundational techniques into the realm of true coaching mastery. This course is for coaches ready to drive deep, lasting transformation by focusing on mindset, mastering self-management, and navigating complex client dynamics.

Prerequisite: Completion of the foundational Coaching Skills Camp is required to attend ACSC.

Advanced Coaching Skills Camp 2.0 is unique to Keller Williams and MAPS Coaching, blending proven coaching paradigms with the principles of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The ONE Thing, and KW models and systems.

  • Mindset Transformation and Deep Analysis: Go beyond basic models to dedicate an entire section to “Delving Deeper,” explicitly analyzing the Three Barriers to a Result: Activity, Skillset, and Mindset. Learn advanced models for transforming limiting beliefs, such as the 100 Percent True Model.
  • Mastering the Coach’s Mental State: Learn the critical advanced concept of “Coach Tilt” and practice techniques like “Staying in Neutral” and “Detached Empathy”. This training ensures you can manage your own emotional state and prevent it from compromising your client’s growth.
  • Advanced Techniques for Client Ownership: Master powerful psychological frameworks to diagnose client roles and accelerate progress.
    • The Drama and Empowerment Triangles: Use this model to identify negative roles (Victim, Persecutor, Rescuer) and coach clients toward roles of Creator, Challenger, and Coach for increased ownership and capability.
    • Behavioral Flexibility: Learn how to adapt your coaching style based on your client’s KPA Behavioral Profile to maximize communication and effectiveness.
  • Navigating Coaching Fails: Gain specific training on how to Navigate Coaching Fails and avoid common pitfalls like Soft Accountability and being the Problem Solver. This includes a True Confessions of a Coach list of common errors.
