- We will take a deeper dive into KW Command, walking through each of the eight main applets in Command and how to best use them to drive additional production to an Agent’s business
- We will set goals around increasing key metrics for specific categories i.e Contacts with an Address, Email, Phone, Name and Tags. We will then provide accountability around those goals to increase adoption of KW Command
- We will provide regular updates pertaining to any KW Command enhancements throughout the program
- Agents can expect to see an increase in their Database Health Score, Opportunity Pipelines and further mastery of the Lead Generation, Lead Follow Up and Marketing Aspects of KW Command
- Market Centers can expect to see an increase in their Market Center Vital Signs as well as an increase in Market Share, CO$ and Profit as well as more productive Agents overall.
