Traci Evans

Traci began her career in finance and operations over 35 years ago as a bookkeeper and receptionist for a prestigious law firm in Boulder, Colorado. Throughout her career, she has held various positions from staff accountant to assistant vice president and CFO|COO.  She’s been instrumental in developing and growing several companies in various fields from marketing and government relations, non-profit organizations, commercial insurance to over 20 years in commercial, development and residential real estate.

Joining Keller Williams (KW) was a catalyst in her career.  As many of us do when we find KW, Traci was drawn to KW’s MVVBP, Culture and Leadership focus.  Traci & their MC’s leadership team grew their office from 150 Agents to over 400 Agents by implementing the KW models and systems. Coaching and training leaders is her passion, both personally and professionally. Hence, the natural next step for her was to become a full-time MAPS coach!! Currently, Traci coaches clients in both America and internationally. Traci states that she has, “a life-long desire for personal and professional growth; overall helping people achieve success. I’ve had so many people pour into me over the years I spent training in leadership, and I love to give back that same effort.  I’ve helped empower people to live at their highest potential, whether they build their business, reach a dream or simply hit their next goal, it is my mission and passion to help people live their best life.”

Traci has been married to her husband, Bruce, for 38 years and counting. Together, they are parents to two wonderful people. Their first, Jordan, is a concept artist (think video games & movies) and is married to his beautiful wife, Miho, an advertising specialist for Rakuten. Their second, Ciara is graduating college as a communications and public relations specialist. 

Traci lives out what she coaches, however, when she’s not coaching “anything and everything that moves,” you’ll find her connecting with God, family and friends.  Traci loves to read, go to the movies, entertain and do anything outdoors-related; hiking, camping and backpacking are her joys. Over the years, Traci and Bruce have completed epic backpacking hikes in the Grand Canyon, High Sierra camps in Yosemite and the 4 Pass Loop in Aspen, Colorado. In addition to their various hobbies, she and Bruce have started their motorcycle adventures!

The plans to come? Living out her passions from traveling Europe, discovering new backpacking experiences and motorcycle escapades with the family!
