Terrie has been in the real estate industry since 1983. She became a Broker Associate in 1985 here in Oklahoma. She was with a small independent company until 1990 when they merged the firm in Owasso, Oklahoma with Gordona Duca Realtors. She became the Director of Recruiting and Training until she had the amazing opportunity to become a part of Keller Williams Realty in the Tulsa Area.
Terrie was offered this opportunity by Sherry Lewis, Operating Principal and Regional Director of the Oklahoma Region. They opened an Owasso Franchise in 1996 with 8 associates. They now have 2 locations, Owasso and Claremore and have 185 associates total and growing. Keller Williams Premier continues to hold the top spot in market share in the area.
Terrie is co-owner in three MCs, KW Premier Realty, KW Greater DesMoines and KW Platinum. Honors include Team Leader Hall of Fame, Blackbelt, the President’s Award, Eagle Award and many Market Center Growth and Production awards and Coach of the year in 2018.13 years ago she was given the opportunity to expand and grow herself personally through MAPS Coaching: Mega Achievement Productivity Systems. She is now FULL time as a Leadership Coach and it has become her daily passion to assist others to their full potential.Past experience led her to the opportunity to become an Operating Partner in the Greater Heartland Region of Keller Williams Realty and they opened the Des Moines Iowa Market Center this year. Such an amazing area with such huge expansion. Since then, the opportunity to become an investor partner in Oklahoma City’s Platinum Market Center has been added. Terrie has been a MAPS (Mega Achievement Productivity Systems) COACH for 11 years for Keller Williams International. Her and her husband David own other businesses including a Hay Farm… short and long term rentals, TC Divisions, Mortgage and Turf Technology.
