Steve’s maxim is “Changing Real Lives Through Real Estate”, which he lives out via coaching and training real estate agents, as well as through helping agents and clients build wealth through real estate investing and home ownership.

Steve has been in Real Estate since 1998 and at KW since late 2002, co-leading his family team to a Top 10 ranking in the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Steve was introduced to MREA when he was an invited Mega Agent recruit guest at Mega Camp in the fall of 2002. As the book was first published in 2003, Steve proudly notes that he has been studying and living the MREA models since before the book was published.

After 5 years at KW, and 5 years of ALC service, Steve was tapped as the Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta – Sandy Springs in the fall of 2007. During Steve’s 4.5 years in that role, he led the Market Center to the #1 ranking in KWRI in 2010. With Steve’s focus on production, training, and coaching, his proudest achievement as Team Leader is that the Market Center became the top producing brokerage in the State of Georgia in 2009, and held onto that top spot throughout the rest of his tenure.

Steve joined MAPS in 2013 as an agent coach, with a focus on MREA models, agent financials, team building, and net worth/passive income growth. Many of Steve’s clients have gone on to join Gary Keller’s Mastermind Group, and/or become MAPS coaches themselves. Steve will throw page numbers from MREA, SHIFT, and The ONE Thing at his clients at any time, so keep those books close by if Steve is working with you. Steve has logged over 18,000 coaching sessions.

Steve met his wife Teresa when they were freshmen at Duke University. Teresa is an active agent at Keller Williams Atlanta North. They are the proud parents of two adult daughters, both of whom bought their first houses in 2021 – houses they will keep as rentals when they are ready to move up! Steve is an avid rock music fan, and has played the guitar for over 40 years.
