Meet Stephanie Minnich, a MAPS Agent Coach with 20 years of experience in residential real estate. Throughout Stephanie’s career, she has established a strong reputation for helping agents build and increase their businesses through expert coaching and the implementation of effective systems. Stephanie’s dedication to helping others succeed is what drives her every day.

One of Stephanie’s most notable accomplishments is helping build and lead a top Mega Team that produced an impressive 270 units annually with a volume of $170M. During this time, Stephanie developed the Buyer Agent arm of the team and served as Sales Manager, leading a team of seven additional sales agents while collaborating with the operations team that supports these agents.

With a primary focus on coaching agents, Stephanie is dedicated to helping clients achieve their professional & personal goals with coaching sessions centered on becoming the individual they must be and engaging in the activities that allow them to live their life by design.

Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Stephanie lives with her husband and adorable pup, Aggie. When not coaching, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking together, and learning about wine.
