Having been licensed in real estate since 1984, Sharon has experienced her real estate business as a solopreneur, in a partnership, and as a Mega Agent with a team. As a program developer and trainer, she has designed and instructed award winning workshops, seminars, and boot-camp style trainings that focused on: Creating a Relationship Based Business utilizing the Database as the Foundation, Lead Generation and Mastering Dialogues, For Sale By Owners and Expireds Take Your Unfair Share, Time Blocking, and Step By Step Building a Real Estate Business and a Team.
