Sarah Jahn is the team leader for The Heyl Group in Dallas, Texas. She brings more than a decade of experience in sales and service in a variety of industries including banking, insurance and real estate. After completing her Bachelor and Master Degrees in Organizational Communication from the University of Texas, she joined the Austin Heyl Group Team in 2013 as the lead coordinator. She was the first point of contact for all incoming clients and a key designer of the lead generation and follow up systems that prepared The Heyl Group for expansion into other Texas markets including San Antonio, Dallas and Houston.
In 2015 she co-authored a MAPS Group Coaching Course for Inside Sales Agents (ISA Coaching) and co-founded Phone Animal, a lead generation company serving real estate agents across the country. Under her leadership, Phone Animal grew from 3 employees to over 100 and hit gross revenue marks of over 250k/month within a year of the company’s inception.
Sarah is fiercely committed to transforming the lives of her agents and their clients and plays all out every day to ensure each agent and client has an exceptional experience with her team. She’s passionate about leadership and development and continues to improve her skills as a leader, mentor and coach.
When she’s not at work, she can typically be found with her husband Corey and their daughter Emery. Being a wife and a mother is one her greatest pleasures and when she’s not wearing her wife/mom/leader hat, she finds time to hike, mountain bike, do yoga or play softball or volleyball.
