He has been a real estate broker for over 20 years and oversees the work of Russ Nolting Real Estate — a residential real estate team. Previously he served for ten years as CEO/Team Leader/Business Strategist for Keller Williams Realty Saint Louis — the largest real estate brokerage in St. Louis, MO. Russ is husband to Heather and Father to Sarah (husband Stephen), Zibby, Kate, and Ian.
