Philip Alderfer

Philip Alderfer, Ph.D, is a KW MAPS Mastery Coach and owns *poweredbyKLOUD, KLOUD Realty Group and the KW Speakers Guild.

He coaches rainmakers that close 100+ units (or $1+ million GCI) a year, and single agents/smaller teams on that path. He is expert at database-building, team dynamics and sales scripts. His clients describe him as “smart, fun, and direct.”

Over his personal career, Philip has sold 1,300+ homes and been a brokerage owner, Productivity Coach and MC Team Leader. Outside of sales, Philip helped launch “Buying Alaska” on The Discovery Channel and has appeared on multiple news outlets including Fox News, CBS, NBC, and National Public Radio. Philip lives in Anchorage, Alaska with his wife and two daughters.
