Phil Landers is a Mississippian and real estate professional committed to advancing the professionalism of the real estate industry. Phil received from the Mississippi Business Journal an award recognizing his as one of Mississippi’s Top Entrepreneurs. Phil is a real estate investor, owing multimillion dollars of commercial and residential properties. He is a designated broker and an Operating Principal and co-owner of the Keller Williams Realty in the greater Jackson, MS area. Phil has been a key driver into developing Keller Williams as a dominate player and an award winning Real Estate Company in the Mississippi Real Estate Market.

Phil was recognized by Keller Williams for operating in the top 6% of most profitable markets and asked to be a MAPS LEADERSHIP COACH. Phil coaches Regional Owners, Directors and Operating Principals world wide with Keller Williams in an effort to help them achieve profitability.

He is a REALTOR member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors and the Jackson Association of Realtors. He is one of 14 as a member of the Leadership MAR Class of 2012. He is a member of Business Networking International where he was a former President. He also served faithfully as an officer of the Flowood Rotary and as a Deacon of Pinelake Church.

Phil has served as a teacher and consultant for the Mississippi Realtor Institute and has served on the education committee of the local board and continues to promote the industry through his pursuit of continued education and considers himself as a learning-based individual. Phil teaches across the State of Mississippi License Law, Contract Law and Agency Law. Phil has long favored the need for coaching and consulting in an effort to accelerate his own career. He provides real estate coaching and consulting for dozens of real estate associates across the state and country so that they may provide for their families at the highest level possible in their prospective real estate field.

Prior to pursuing a career in the Real Estate Industry, Phil retired with a distinguished 27 year career from the largest natural gas company in America at that time, El Paso Natural Gas as Manager of Supply Development. His primary focus was to attract natural gas supplies to the pipeline infrastructure located in the Gulf of Mexico. Phil received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree from Mississippi State University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Louisiana Tech University. Phil is married to his bride of 43 plus years Marcia and has three children and six grandchild all who he is devoted to and loves dearly.
