Paula Grimes is the creator, lead trainer, and strategic architect behind the Director of Operations 30-60-90 Program with MAPS, a performance-focused onboarding and development pathway designed to accelerate operational excellence inside growth-minded businesses. As a seasoned business strategist, coach, and organizational systems expert, Paula brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, leadership optimization, and operational structure to the DOO training experience.

Paula’s career began in business strategic growth in 1990, where she developed a deep understanding of how systems, leadership, and clarity shape organizational success. From 1994 to 2018, she specialized in real estate business development and optimization, guiding organizations in strengthening their operational foundations and building scalable models for growth. Since 2018, she has coached leaders and operations professionals, helping them elevate their roles, deepen their strategic impact, and operate with greater confidence and alignment.
