Paula Grimes

Paula Grimes started her real estate career in 1996 in new construction.  She moved into the resale side of Real Estate in 2008 when she joined a young REO/Short Sale Team and helped them become one of the most successful in their market.  She actively participated in getting one of the first expansion teams off the ground as they successfully expanded into another state.  As the market again shifted her specialization changed to a traditional resale market.  Paula played a major role in her team’s growth as she moved from Director of Operations to Chief Operations Officer.  Now Paula specializes in Coaching Operations and brings her years of experience in Leadership, Operations and Sales with her.  She is passionate about creating strong, confident, collaborative Operations Leaders with the goal of running a highly profitable, efficient business.
