Patricia Scott

Patti began her career with Keller Williams in 2005 in Carmel, Indiana, after obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership in 2004. During the time Patti was an MCA in Indiana, her office doubled in size and had the distinction of being the most profitable office in the region. After six years as an MCA, she had a passion to do more and became a Support Analyst with KWRI from 2011 to 2013. She supported a top performing region and was a member of the Financial Review Team while still working as an MCA in a growing Market Center. Patti was inducted into the MCA Hall of Fame in 2012. 

In the Fall of 2013, Patti relocated to Charleston, SC, to be part of rebuilding a Market Center. While in Charleston, she implement procedures and systems to increase profitability, assisted in putting standards in place for the Market Center and implemented retention systems to increase their growth potential. 

In November 2015, Patti became a MAPS Leadership Coach which enabled her to move back to Indianapolis to be with her children and grandchildren. Since that time, she has had an exciting and fulfilling learning journey as a coach. Patti completed Landmark in 2017, completed NLP training in 2018 and is a Master Practitioner in NLP, MERⓇ, and Hypnotherapy. In late 2019 she started her journey with iPEC and in June of 2021 became a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC and in July 2022 was credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach through ICF. Coaching is her passion, especially helping others change their work/life balance, time management, communication skills, and leadership within their Market Center. Patti often says that training and education aren’t about what you learn, it’s about Who you become. In September 2022, Patti was also certified as a Business MAPS Coach, working with owners of businesses that are outside of real estate to utilize systems, models and tools to grow their business. Patti’s favorite activity outside of work is spending quality time with family and friends.
