Michelle’s track record in operations is shown by taking a team from 80 to over 300 units through agent accountability, streamlining systems for efficiency, and creating a culture of production and FUN! Having a coach from day one, she understands the importance of a coaching relationship to get you to where you want to be…just FASTER!
Clarity comes from knowing where you want the business to go and working backwards from there. Michelle is well versed in GPS planning, and has a proven track record of implementing MREA systems and models.
Michelle’s passion for hiring, on-boarding and growing people to their greatest potential while maintaining alignment between business owners and their operations serves as her driving force. When taking on a new client, Michelle looks for ownership and authenticity in their role. She believes that no one can truly hold you accountable but yourself and looks for clients striving for SELF MASTERY.
Michelle believes in living a balanced life and creating boundaries around your BIG WHY. Outside of work, you can find Michelle spending time with her high school sweetheart (firefighter and prior Military) husband and 2 sons.
