Marty Miller

Marty currently lives in Katy, Texas and would love to serve your greater Houston Area referrals including Katy, Cypress, Richmond, Fulshear, Sugar Land and more! Marty is the Team Lead for Summit Property Group and also serves as a MAPS Technology Coach, a LABS Advisor and the Regional Technology Trainer for the Texas South Region of Keller Williams Realty International.  He’s served both in the solo Agent role and as a member of a large Team.  His roles on that team included Buyer’s Agent, Listing Agent, VP of Expansion, VP of Sales and President of that Team.  To date, Marty has helped over 250 families buy, sell or invest in Real Estate across Katy and West Houston.  

His background includes 16 years in the restaurant industry, with 8 years as a General Manager for Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille in Sugar Land, Clear Lake, Champions/Cypress and Katy. Marty enjoys consistently educating himself on the ever changing real estate market and the technology involved with it.
