Karina Gafford

An Irish native and Veteran spouse, Karina Gafford has lived on 3 continents, and has relocated 22 times with 7 of those as a military spouse over a 10-year period. Karina is passionate about helping others in the real estate industry better understand the needs of the military community so they can better serve their military clients. Karina is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and was selected as one of the top 35 rising military entrepreneurs by Inc Magazine’s Military Entrepreneur Program in 2015 and 2017. An introvert by nature in an extroverted industry, Karina specializes in helping others also get out of their comfort zone to work on their goals and defining the leverage and systems needed to bring those goals to life. Karina co-owns a top producing KW team, MilHousing Realty Group, in San Antonio with her spouse, Chuck (USAF Ret.), and is the co-founder of both MilHousing Network and MilHousing Agent Network, national platforms that help military clients have a concierge military relocation experience with military experts in the real estate industry, with business partner Lindsey Litton. When not working, Karina is hiking, on a Pilates reformer, reading (history, devotionals and parenting books), out and about in San Antonio on date night with her husband, at the beach, or spending time with her two rambunctious sons and 2 Australian Shepherds.
