Karen Freeman

Prior to joining Keller Williams, Karen Freeman lived in California for many years where she worked with the legal team at Dick Clark Productions and then later for an international tax and securities law firm. She moved to the beautiful state of Colorado alongside her husband (and two snuggly dogs) in the snowy mountains.

In 2005 Karen was drawn to Keller Williams because of their culture of caring and the chance to help Agents and staff build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.

In 2009 she was invited to join the expert team of regional leadership support (Market Center Angels) where she was able to assist office leadership to become more profitable and navigate the changing market.

In 2011 Karen joined the elite MAPS Coaching team where she is able to dramatically impact the lives of others at a higher level.  Drawing on her years of financial expertise and changing markets experience, she helps others reach, and stay in, their peak potential.

In 2016 she became an Operating Principal for Keller William for two offices in Colorado.

Coach Karen has a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Northridge and a Paralegal Certificate from UCLA.  She trained and was certified as a life coach from the International School of Coaching/Goal Imagery Institute (ICF Approved). She is also certified as a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, certified in Hypnosis and Mental and Emotional Release. She is in the process of becoming a Huna practitioner (certified in level 1 and level 2), which is the practice of using energy for coaching and healing.
