Jude Pascua
Jude is one of the first MCAs to be inducted into the MCA Hall of Fame. Born and raised in Southern California, Jude attended University of California, Santa Barbara (go Gauchos!) where she majored in Aquatic Biology and minored in Exercise and Health Science. After graduating, Jude lived on Maui, HI where she worked with the Hawaii Whale Research Foundation, focused on humpback whale competition pods and featured in National Geographic Magazine. Jude dived with humpbacks, captained the boat and recorded personal identification traits of each whale and analyzed behavioral patterns up close and personal! She’s never been afraid to jump in and figure it out.
Jude’s passion for helping people discover their full potential ultimately gained trust from the people who knew her, and it was her steadfast determination when making decisions that landed her in many leadership positions. As a sailing catamaran first mate, Jude and her crew ran snorkel/sail tours and sailed from Maui to Oahu on different sailboats, races and destinations. She earned sea time and experience and became captain for a scuba diving boat. Jude eventually moved back to be near her family and settled down in San Diego where she focused on helping people through real estate.
Jude began her real estate journey in 2002 as an Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator for a Rainmaker and his team. As a real estate agent, she realized that managing operations was a significant strength of hers. She launched a KW franchise with the Rainmaker in 2006. In 2007 she was recruited by a notable OP to become the MCA of new Market Center Keller Williams Carmel Valley / Del Mar. Soon the Market Center grew large enough to expand and Jude was head of the build out and location change. She was responsible for managing timelines, contractors, architects, project managers and leadership staff. Directly after the buildout, after one of the biggest market shifts in history, Jude, with her team, launched a profitable Transaction Coordinating and Escrow Department while helping to grow the market center from less than 100 agents to 500+ agents.
Because of these accomplishments, Jude was invited to be interviewed by the then President of KWRI on the main stage at Mega Leadership Camp and has since served on several panels at Family Reunion, Family Reunion South Africa and Mega Camp. Representing MCA Leaders, Jude was featured on the cover of Outfront Magazine as one of the “Voices of Value.”
Jude’s favorite BOLD Law is “ People will grow into the conversations you create around them.” This shows in her track record of success. Jude has always encouraged her team to call her their partner instead of “boss”; and when pushed to surpass limiting beliefs, they remember her encouraging energy. In her career as MCA, Jude hired and coached her leadership team, professionally and personally, to reach their dream jobs, one from DFI to Team Leader in Mexico, one from DFI to MCA/TL, another from DFI to ATL and many more. She builds relationships based on trust and those who have worked with her have a deep respect and reverence for the time spent with her leadership.
MAPS Leaders noticed Jude’s leadership and contributions and invited her to join the MAPS Coach team. In 2017 Jude transitioned from MCA to full time MAPS Leadership Coach with a focus on MCAs, Directors of Operations, MC Operations Managers and coaches many Multiple Market Center Groups across the country. She is passionate about MCA Leaders and their personal and professional growth and being a great partner for the Executive Leadership Team. Jude’s time spent as Captain taught her to navigate variables to get to the destination and to have a great time on the journey. Jude’s degree in Science has taught her how numbers and data tell the story of our people–and to discover the gaps to implement systems to connect the dots and achieve results. She is passionate about helping leaders initiate change, discover their power in being their authentic selves, achieve their personal and professional goals and help others to do the same – to build their life by design.
Jude has two beautiful daughters, Mason and Kaila, and a black lab, Blaize. Jude enjoys hot yoga, beach days, surfing, snowboarding and dancing with the entertainment group, Motu Nehenehe Polynesian Dancers. Jude has traveled to the Philippines, Costa Rica, Panama, Fiji and the beautiful islands of Hawaii and feels most at home helping others be great. She looks forward to connecting with you!
