Diane Johnson
Diane has been a Leader in Real Estate for over 20 years, as a CEO, business builder, recruiter, Leadership Coach and trainer. Diane’s “big why” is to be a catalyst to propel businesses and Leader’s businesses to the next level, through leadership, proven models, and systems.
Twelve years ago, Diane was recruited by the President of Keller Williams International to become Team Leader of the Austin Southwest Market Center, the highest performing Keller Williams office in the world. In 2017, she was appointed Operating Principal of the SWMC, and in 2021, also General Manager for three Austin Market Centers. In 2021, the Austin SWMC closed over 5.6 Billion in sales and increased it’s profit share year over year by over 50%, sharing almost $1,200,000.000. Under Diane’s leadership, the SWMC has attracted over 3000 talented Agents, and has consistently been recognized as the #1 office for productivity, closed units and GCI.
Prior to relocating to Austin, Diane was the first Team Leader in Tennessee, and that Market Center was honored as the #4 Launching Market Center. She then served as General Manager for nine Keller Williams offices in Tennessee, and grew that group of offices to #1 market share in Nashville with over 1000 Agents and $1.8 Billion in annual sales volume in a four year period. During this time period, Diane also Served as the 2009 President of the Williamson County Board of Realtors and was on the Board of Realtracs, the local MLS provider. Diane then became a MAPS Leadership Coach, and worked with Team Leaders and Operating Principles nationally.
Diane’s Corporate experience included being a Regional Vice President of Customer Development for the Norrell Corporation, a staffing and outsourcing firm. For fourteen years, Diane’s career was with American Express Travel Management Services, and she was consistently recognized as a top 5% performer in marketing to Fortune 500 firms. Her final role at American Express was as Regional Director of Strategic Accounts where she launched a new product line to the Fortune 500, resulting in over $1 Billion in charge volume. Diane began her professional career with the Xerox Corporation in Houston, Texas, where her honors included Presidents Club, Par Club, Fast Start Award and Product Launch Specialist.
She has served on the Austin Children’s Shelter gala sponsorship committee, as well as acting as an Advisor for the Elite 25 in Austin.
Her accomplishments include recognition for: Black Belt Recruiter, top 25% Team Leader for nine years, Team Leader Hall of Fame, and being named Platinum Top 50’s Real Estate Manager of the Year for 2014 in the City of Austin.
