Deana Watson has been at Keller Williams as an agent and Mega Agent since 2011 and has been a MAPS Mastery Coach since 2018. Since moving with her husband in the military multiple times throughout her career and needing to get licensed in 3 separate states, she built her businesses mostly through building a strong social media presence. Using social media as her main pillar of business in year one, she closed 15 transactions, year two she closed 21 transactions, year three she closed 48 transactions and launched a team the following year. Since the inception of her team they have consistently been in the top 3 in their market center, closing over 100 homes a year using social media as their main source of business. Deana sees that there is a gap and a need in our industry to coach and train other agents on the models and systems she has used to grow her business online and wholeheartedly believes that this is the new landscape of marketing and business growth in the years to come.
