Dale Donovan Bee, with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, is a notable figure in the KW Commercial and the industry. She serves as a director at KW Commercial Heritage in Central Florida and contributes extensive knowledge as a KW MAPS Commercial Coach. Her areas of specialization include acquiring and selling commercial properties and land. Before her tenure with KW Commercial, which began in 2010, Donovan held significant positions in other major firms. She was a principal and shareholder at NAI Global, a principal at Collier’s, and the owner of DLD Commercial Realty, Inc., a full-service brokerage firm she founded in 1994 in Boca Raton, Florida. In 2001, she relocated to Central Florida, reestablishing her firm in Orlando. Her leadership at KW Commercial has been influential since she joined the company in 2010.
Donovan Bee’s involvement extends beyond her primary roles, as she has been an active member of multiple corporate, municipal, and not-for-profit boards.
