Mastery Coach Qualifications
Agent Coach Standards
- Unit production of a minimum of 75 transactions closed per year for at least 2 years.
- Must currently be in MAPS Mastery Coaching.
- Is a KW Associate and/or has extensive real estate agent coaching experience.
- Has attended BOLD, and CSC or CSC 2.0 Live or Digitally.
- Must be willing to coach a minimum of 30 clients.
Leadership Coach Standards (for RD, OP, TL, and MCA Roles)
- Market Center must have trending growth and profitability for 12 consecutive months or more. Send Multi-Year Trends to verify.
- Have been an RD, OP, TL or MCA for at least 3 years.
- MUST currently be in MAPS Mastery Coaching.
- Is a KW Associate.
- Has attended Masterminds, Mega Camp and Family Reunion at least once in the last 18-months.
- Has attended BOLD and CSC 2.0 Live or Digitally.
- Must be willing to coach a minimum of 15 clients.
- Must be approved in writing by the Market Center Operations Principle and Regional Director.
Productivity Coach Standards
- Uphold the MAPS Standard of 50% of all agents in program producing monthly. Send verification of program size, productivity, and monthly performance.
- Create 10 + cappers (or 25% or more, whichever is more) of agent in program to become capping agents in one year.
- Must be a Market Center Productivity Coach for a minimum of 2 years.
- Must currently be in MAPS Mastery Coaching.
- Must have recruiting experience with verification from Market Center Leadership.
- Is a KW Associate.
- Has attended Masterminds, Mega Camp and Family Reunion at least once in the last 18-months.
- Has attended or is scheduled to attend BOLD, and CSC 2.0 Live or Digitally.
- Must be willing to coach a minimum of 15 clients.
- Must be approved in writing by the Market Center Operations Principle.
Performance Coach Standards
- An ideal Performance Coach candidate will possess specific methodologies which allow clients to breakthrough limiting beliefs and other unconscious programs.
- Has attended CSC, BOLD, Masterminds, Mega Camp and Family Reunion at least once.
- Possess some type of formal coaching training (preferably an ICF certification). Also acceptable is previous professional coaching experience.
- All candidates must also possess master practitioner level NLP with an approved trainer. Please contact us for specific approved NLP trainings at maps@Kw.com.
- Must be willing to coach a minimum of 30 clients.
Director of Operations/Admin Coach Standards
- Must currently be in MAPS Mastery Coaching.
- Is a KW Associate.
- Must be in your role for a minimum of 2 years.
- Has attended CSC, BOLD, Masterminds, Mega Camp and Family Reunion at least once.
- Team closes a minimum of 100 Transactions per year.
- Knowledge and experience of transaction coordinator, duties, listing coordinator, marketing specialist and buyer specialist positions.
- Experience in holding 411 meetings and developing GPS with staff members.
- Experience with conducting team meetings.
- Accountable for maintaining the team tracker for sales.
- Currently managing P&L and Budget Model.
- Responsible for recruiting and onboarding team talent.
- Candidate has availability for 12-17 hours of training and coaching with MAPS per week.
- Must be willing to recruit and build coaching roster to a minimum or 15 clients within first 6 months of becoming a coach.
MAPS Technology Coach Standards
- Unit production of a minimum of 75 transactions closed per year for at least 2 years.
- Must currently be in MAPS Mastery Coaching.
- Is a KW Associate and/or has extensive real estate agent coaching experience.
- Has attended BOLD, and CSC or CSC 2.0 Live or Digitally
- Must speak proficiently regarding KW Command and other CRM’s in the industry.
- Any technology coach to be considered must pass a verbal Tech interview.
- Must be willing to coach a minimum of 30 clients.
