- Proven track record of success coaching others
- Subject matter expertise in a role or specialty
- KWU Master Faculty preferred
- Encouraged to attend professional development events such as Family Reunion, Mega Camp, Onward BOLD, and other MAPS events.
Recommended Leadership Coach Standards (for RD, OP, TL, and MCA Roles)
- Is a KW associate
- Invests in professional growth by working with a MAPS Coach
- Holds influence among colleagues
- Has been in their Market Center Role for over 3 years
- Proven track record of success in their KW Leadership Role
- A letter of support or acknowledgment from their Operating Partner or Regional Director
- KWU Mastery Faculty preferred
