PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR EVALUATION TO BECOME A MAPS BOLD COACH ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- A candidate is a Keller Williams associate in good standing
- Attended and successfully completed BOLD a minimum of 4 times
- Agent coaching candidates: unit production of a minimum of 75 transactions closed per year for at least 2 consecutive years; preferably 100 per year
- Team Leader coaching candidates: have recruited a minimum of 250 agents of which 20% were cappers
- Operating Principal coaching candidates: have recruited a core group of at least 5 people who recruited at least 3 people each
- Productivity Coach coaching candidates: has a minimum of 50 clients for at least two consecutive years.
- Attended Coaching Skills Camp
- Completed Train the Presenter and Advanced Trainer Workshop
